27-year-old's vehicle impounded, licence suspended as a result

Driver, passenger of car required extrication but suffered only minor injuries

After speaking with crisis negotiators, the suspect surrendered to police and was arrested

Police have also identified the victims in the case

Bodies of adult male and adult female found within home, Niagara Regional Police say

Body of a man, as well as body of a dog, found inside home

At this time, no arrests have been made
