Two suspects wanted in relation to armed robbery investigation

Two arrested after robbery victim injured in St. Catharines; police identify two others wanted

On Oct. 14, 2020 at approximately 4:47 p.m., 1 District (St. Catharines) Uniform Officers attended the area of Water Street and Welland Avenue in the City of St. Catharines in relation to a robbery.

Initial investigation revealed that a 23-year-old male was at his residence when four suspects entered the residence, displayed a  firearm, assaulted the male and stole his belongings.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

On Oct. 14, 2020, two suspects were arrested.

Sage Diaz (18 years old) of Niagara Falls was arrested and charged with the following offences of:
    •    Break and enter - commit robbery
    •    Use of imitation firearm during commission of offence
    •    Pointing a firearm
    •    Possession of a weapon
    •    Carry concealed weapon

Diaz was held in custody, pending a bail hearing that took place on Oct. 15, 2020 at the Robert S.K Welch Courthouse located at 59 Church St. in the City of St. Catharines.

Kayla M. Goodnough (29 years old) of St. Catharines was arrested and charged with the following offence of:
    •    Break and enter - commit robbery

Goodnaugh was held in custody, pending a bail hearing that took place on Oct. 15, 2020 at the Robert S.K Welch Courthouse located at 59 Church St. in the City of St. Catharines.

Two suspects are still outstanding.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Moises R. Medeiros (25 years old) of no fixed address for the criminal offences of:
    •    Break and enter - commit robbery
    •    Use of imitation firearm during commission of offence
    •    Pointing a firearm
    •    Possession of a weapon
    •    Carry concealed weapon
    •    Fail to comply with release order (two counts)
    •    Fail to comply with probation order (two counts)

Medeiros is described as being:
    •    5’7"
    •    200 lbs
    •    Medium build
    •    Black hair
    •    Brown eyes
 
An arrest warrant has been issued for Juston E. Price (35 years old) of St. Catharines, for the criminal offences of:
    •    Break and enter - commit robbery
    •    Use of imitation firearm during commission of offence
    •    Pointing a firearm
    •    Possession of a weapon
    •    Carry concealed weapon
    •    Fail to comply with probation order (two counts)  

Price is described as being:
    •    6’0"
    •    172 lbs
    •    Medium build
    •    Brown eyes

Medeiros and Price’s location is unknown, however they do have ties to St. Catharines. Do not approach these males.

This appears to be a targeted incident.
