Two arrested in connection with Grimsby/Lincoln break-and-enters

Police looking into at least eight cases

District detectives have continued to investigate a series of at least eight residential break-and-enters in the Towns of Lincoln and Grimsby.

As a result of the investigation detectives identified two suspects.

On March 2, Robert Hannah, 30, of Hamilton and Patricia Davies, 33, of Hamilton were both arrested by the Hamilton Police Service (HPS) on unrelated matters.

Hannah has been arrested and charged with the criminal offences of:

  • Break-and-enter (six counts)
  • Unauthorized use of credit card (three counts)

Davies has been arrested and charged with the criminal offences of:

  • Break-and-enter (six counts)
  • Unauthorized Use of credit card (three counts) 

Hannah and Davies were both held in custody for a bail hearing at the John Sopinka in Hamilton on March 28. 

The 8 District Detective Office would like to thank the Hamilton Police Service, Guelph Police Service, Wellington County OPP, Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE), and the NRPS 3 District Street Crime Unit for their assistance with this investigation.
