On Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019 at approximately 6 p.m., members of the Niagara Regional Police Service responded to an armed robbery at the ScotiaBank located at 343 Glendale Ave., St. Catharines.

Three suspects entered the bank armed with hand guns, holding branch staff and a customer at gun point. The suspects then stole a quantity of cash from the bank tellers tills before fleeing out the front door.

The suspects were described as:
    •    Male
    •    19-25 years old
    •    Thin build
    •    Wearing masks and hooded sweatshirts
    •    Wearing gloves
