St. Catharines search warrant leads to numerous drug charges

In February 2019, detectives from the Guns, Gangs, and Grow Unit and the St. Catharines Street Crime Unit initiated a drug investigation into drug trafficking in the City of St.Catharines.

On April 24, investigators executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at various locations throughout St. Catharines. Seized at these locations were various types of drugs with a street value of $7,000 and approximately $15,000 in currency.

Charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking a controlled substance, one count of possession of proceeds obtained by crime over $5,000, and one count of fail to comply with recognizance is 34-year-old Pablo Aguilar of St. Catharines.

Charged with three counts of possession of the purpose of trafficking a controlled substance, one count of possession of proceeds obtained by crime under $5,000, and two counts of weapons related offences is 33-year-old Jeff Allard of St. Catharines.

Both are to appear in bail court on April 25.

Also charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking a controlled substance, one count of possession of proceeds obtained by crime under $5,000, and two weapons related offences is 29-year-old Konstantina Kollatos of St. Catharines.
