Detectives are investigating following the report of a sexual assault in the Town of Grimsby.
It was reported to 8 District (Grimsby) uniform officers at approximately 5 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2019.
An investigation was then commenced by detectives with the Sexual Assault Unit.
Investigation has revealed that the 29-year-old female victim was assaulted in the area of Sherwood Park in the Town of Grimsby in the early morning hours of Dec. 21, 2019.
