David Yates has been located in Thorold. He is Safe. Thank you to the public and media for your assistance in this matter.
Original 9:45 a.m. release:
The Niagara Regional Police Service is currently searching for a missing 63-year-old man in the City of St. Catharines.
David Yates was last seen in his residence in the area of Drury Crescent and Roehampton Avenue in the evening hours of March 29, 2020.
David Yates is described as 5'5", slim build, ear length dark brown and grey hair, brown eyes, reading glasses, last seen wearing grey sweater and grey track pants, black dress shoes, possibly has a baseball hat on.
Yates is believed to have wandered from the family home overnight.
Police and David's family are concerned for his welfare and are requesting the public's help in locating him.
