The Niagara Regional Police Service is currently searching for a missing 26-year-old male in the City of St. Catharines.
Todd LaChapelle-O’Neill was last seen on Jan. 20, 2021 in the area of Glenridge Avenue and Riverview Boulevard in the City of St. Catharines.
Todd is described as:
- Male
- White
- 5’8
- Slim build
- Short dark brown hair
- Uses a cane or walking stick
Clothing description:
- Possibly has a backpack
Todd is believed to be travelling by foot.
Police and his family are concerned for Todd’s welfare and are requesting the public's help in locating him.
