On Sept. 25, 2020, Joel Scott, was last seen in the area of Third Street and Plymouth Road, in the City of Welland, just after 2 p.m. Friends discovered Joel missing later that evening at approximately 7:30 p.m., when he did not return home.
Joel’s means of transportation is believed to be by foot.
Joel is described as being:
- White
- 5’10
- 320 pounds
Clothing Description:
- Black t-shirt
- Grey jogging pants
- Blue shoes
Police are concerned for Joel’s welfare and are requesting the public's help in locating him.
