Police appeal to food delivery drivers in fatal shooting investigation

Niagara Regional Police are now appealing to food delivery drivers in their investigation of a fatal shooting earlier this month.

At 6:19 p.m. on Monday, April 1, police were called to the area of Epworth Circle and St. Lawrence Avenue in Niagara Falls for a possible shooting.

Arriving officers found a man with life-threatening injuries. The 29-year-old was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who was making deliveries that day on Epworth Circle between 2:45 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. 

Police have also identified the suspect vehicle. It’s described as a 2020-2024 Audi Q7 with a black optic or "black ops" package.

Anyone else who may have been in the area, or who may have video or dashcam footage between those hours is asked to review their footage and call police if they see the suspect vehicle or anything else suspicious.
