One charged in Niagara Falls graffiti incidents

Police want to know if you've seen similar tags anywhere

In late November 2019, Niagara Regional Police Service 2 District-Niagara Falls uniform officers commenced an investigation in relation to graffiti tagging in the city.

As a result of that investigation, 26-year-old Stephen Kelly of the City of Niagara Falls has been arrested and charged with the following alleged offence of Mischief

Kelly was released on an Officer in Charge/Promise to Appear (OIC/PTA) and will appear at the Robert S. K. Welch Courthouse in the City of St. Catharines at a future date

This investigation remains ongoing as officers attempt to locate similar tags. Anyone with information is asked to contact (905) 688-4111, dial option 4, extension 2200.
