The male has been located deceased. No foul play is suspected. Out of respect for the next of kin, no further details will be released.
Original Oct. 10 release:
On Sept. 25, 2020, Joel Scott, was last seen in the area of Third Street and Plymouth Road in the City of Welland just after 2 p.m. Friends discovered Joel missing later that evening at approximately 7:30 p.m., when he did not return home.
Joel’s means of transportation is believed to be by foot.
Joel is described as being:
• White
• 5’10
• 320 lbs
Clothing description:
• Black t-shirt
• Grey jogging pants
• Blue shoes
Police are concerned for Joel’s welfare and are requesting the public's help in locating him.
