Federal offender known to frequent the Niagara area

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of his statutory release.  

Billy Shea is described as a Caucasian male, 27 years of age, 6'2" (188cm), 150 lbs (68kg) with brown shaved hair and blue eyes.  He has tattoos on both arms.  

He is serving a five-year, one-month and seven-day sentence for multiple counts of robbery and motor vehicle theft.  

The offender is known to frequent the cities of Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington and the Niagara Region.
