TORONTO - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.
Shawn Moriarity is described as a Caucasian male, 40 years of age, 6-foot (183cm), 143 pounds (65kg) with brown shaved hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on both arms.
He is serving a two (2) year and (1) day sentence for Motor Vehicle Theft and Theft Under.
The offender is known to frequent the cities of Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Niagara Region.
