Investigators from the St. Catharines Criminal Investigations Branch have identified the male in the earlier released photographs.
On Monday, May 6, 2019, investigators arrested and charged with assault cause bodily, 27-year-old St. Catharines resident, Curtis Kelly.
He appeared before a Justice at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse in the City of St. Catharines and was later released on a Recognizance of Bail.
Investigators would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.
