Update 2 - Aug. 13, 2020
On Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020, as a result of information received from the public, the suspect was arrested.
(Charge withdrawn) of Hamilton, Ont., was arrested and charged with the alleged following offence of:
- Sexual Assault
(Charge withdrawn) was released on a Form 10 - Undertaking and is expected to appear at court on Oct. 21, 2020, at the Robert S.K. Welch Courthouse, located at 59 Church Street, in the City of St. Catharines.
