$30,000 in stolen property recovered after police execute multiple search warrants

On Nov. 27, 2019, the Niagara Regional Police began an investigation into several commercial break and enters that occurred in the City of Niagara Falls. Police executed multiple search warrants and located property stolen from the break and enters.

Estimated valued of stolen property recovered was approximately $30,000. Police were able to return most of the stolen property to the rightful owners. The following persons where arrested and charged:

Forty-nine-year-old Jason Perkins of Niagara Falls
    •    break and enter commit theft x2 - Section 348(1)(b) CC
    •    possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 - Section 355(a) CC
    •    possession of a controlled substance - Section 4(1) CDSA
    •    breach of recognizance - Section 145(3) CC

Thirty-five-year-old Ryan Montgomery of Niagara Falls
    •    break and enter commit theft x2 - Section 348(1)(b) CC
    •    break and enter with intent - Section 348(1)(a)CC

Twenty-year-old Kyle Adams of Niagara Falls
    •    break and enter with intent - Section 348(1)(a)CC

Twenty-five-year-old Natasha Trask of Niagara Falls
    •    break and enter with intent - Section 348(1)(a)CC

Police are continuing with the investigation and additional charges are anticipated in the near future.
