On Friday, November 2, 2018 (All Souls Day), surrounded by her loving family. Antonina (Colangelo) formerly of Thorold in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Mario Pace. Loving mother of Sandra (Gary Maskaluk), Marisa (Michael Pisano), Marilyn (Dan Williams) and her late son Elio Pace. Nonna will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Gary (Tracey), Serena (Joshua), Mark (Jamie Lee), Michael (Jessica), Myra (Brian), Marina (Ryan), Janelle (Joshua), Mackenzie (Brandon) and loving great grandmother to Gabe, Ian, Chale, Georgia, Joshua-Broc, Kellan, Emerly and Mckenna. Dear sister to Anna (Gino DiMarco) and predeceased by her two sisters Elena (the late Mario), Zelinda (the late Domenico) and her brother Silvio Colangelo. Predeceased by sister-in-law Anna (the late Aristide Persia and great-nephew Craig Persia), Lauretta (the late Guiseppe Tolli), Ersilia (the late Augustino Gerasoli), brother-in-law Guiseppe Pace, survived by his wife Rita, brother-in-law Umberto DiMarco, survived by wife Mary. Antonina will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Antonina worked at Riganelli Bakery. She was very active in many community service groups; Thorold Senior Centre, Club Roma War Veterans and the Associazione Cattolica Italiana at Holy Rosary Church. Antonina was a positive, uplifting, enthusiastic life coach. Our home was alive with her musical and comedy talents.
