It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brigitte Harvey on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at her home. She leaves behind her loving husband, Peter, of 60 years, a daughter, Diane, and a son, Michael. She was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Elizabeth Heinrich, and two brothers, Manfred and Eberhard Heinrich.
She was dedicated to her family and devoted to them, making every sacrifice and more for their well being. A woman who was skilled and knowledgeable about many things, with a strong interest in local and world affairs. She loved to travel and one of her favourite places was the southwest, Arizona and New Mexico. Time spent with her family and many friends was important to her and she really enjoyed the weekly bridge games.
The family will receive visitors from 2-4 pm on Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Considerate Cremation & Burial Services, 26 Nihan Drive, St. Catharines (between Lake Street & Scott Street). In keeping with Brigitte’s wishes a private graveside service will be held at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
