Calling all Thorold hockey fans.

The Thorold Bantam BB team is in the OMHA finals and facing the challenge of a comeback. Thorold finds themselves down two games to none in the three out of five series with Napanee.

The first two games were well-fought affairs between two well-matched teams, with Napanee getting the edge.

The team has sent out a call of support as it hosts Napanee and faces elimination at the Frank Doherty arena in Thorold tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 p.m. Napanee supporters are scheduled to arrive en masse in a fan bus and Thorold supporters are looking to match and surpass their enthusiasm.

Fans are asked to dress in the home red and white of the Impact Promotions Bantams and cheer the team  - loudly - to turn the series around and start them on the comeback trail.

There is an entrance fee but children under 13 are admitted free.
