Spartans outdistance the Red Devils

A balanced attack from several players contribute to the win

The Spartans rebounded from a loss to Six Nations and crushed the visiting Wallaceburg Red Devils by a 12-6 score in Jr. B Lacrosse action at the Thorold Arena last night.

Jacob Edmands led the Spartans with four points including one goal and three assists. Mitchell Geoffroy, Owen Bachelor, Jacob McMillan, Blair Pachereva, Aaron Ward and Christian Lefeuvre each notched three points for the Spartans.

Lefeuvre was named player of the game.

The Spartans outshot the Red Devils by a 44-26 margin and looked very strong even in a number of shorthanded situations. Andrew Brennan got the win in the Spartans' goal.

The Spartans' record now stands at 6 wins, 10 losses and 1 tie.
