The Welland Jackfish, Niagara's sports entertainment destination, are excited to announce the release of the entire 2024 "Year of the FINatic" schedule and subsequent home games.
The Jackfish will begin by celebrating opening day on the road on Friday, May 17 as they take on the London Majors. The Fish would return home for their 2024 home opener party on Saturday, May 18, with the show beginning at 6:05 p.m.
"This season is going to be like nothing our fans have experienced, including last year’s amazing championship run," said Jackfish president and director of fun, Ryan Harrison.
The regular-season schedule is a total of 42 games with 21 of those coming at Welland Stadium. The Jackfish will open on the road but close the regular season at home as the regular-season finale is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 17 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
"This season is truly all about the FINatics," Harrison continued. "We are going to crank the dial up to 11 and show why we are the number one entertainment destination in Ontario!"
The 2024 campaign will feature home games at Welland Stadium on nine Thursdays, 10 Saturdays, one Sunday and one Monday throughout the summer.
