Niagara Cricket Club in full swing

Catch a game of cricket--one of the fastest growing sports in Niagara--played in Thorold every Sunday

If you’re curious to learn about the game of cricket, head over to the Niagara Cricket Club on Sunday afternoons .

The Niagara team won the championship last year, and has two wins and one loss so far in the 2019 season.

Hosted at the cricket club on Thorold Townline Road—bordering Niagara Falls—the Niagara team is one of eight teams competing in the Hamilton and District Cricket League, against teams from as far away as Cambridge and Waterloo.

Home and away games are in store for the team from now until Sept. 14.

More information is available on the league website.
