Intermediate lacrosse tournament in full swing

Championship games begin at 10 a.m. Sunday morning

The St. Catharines Athletics dropped Orangeville 4-1 today in the Conradi - Engemann Memorial Lacrosse Intermediate Tournament at the Thorold arenas. 

Sean Michaud had two goals for the Athletics while Derek Pymont and Evan Wainwright each added one.

Justin Rombough got the win in the St. Catharines goal, allowing only one goal in the game. 

Tournament action continues tonight and through tomorrow at both Thorold arenas. 

Four division championship games begin at 10 a.m. in the Frank Doherty arena tomorrow (Sunday) morning.
