A water main break has cut off water for residents between Pine St South and West st.
"Water is off for all residences in the affected area on Albert Street West between Pine Street South and West Street and repairs are underway. The estimated time until service is restored is 3-4 hours," the city said in a statement just before 3 P.M.
The cause of the break has not been determined.
