1:30 p.m. update:
A transport truck reportedly carrying manure rolled over at the corner of Chippawa Creek and Moyer Roads.
Clean up continues at this point and motorists are advised to stay away from the area if possible.
Original 11:20 a.m. release:
At approximately 9:55 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, 1 District Uniform officers were called to the area of Moyer Rd and Chippawa Creek Rd following the report of a collision involving a transport truck carrying liquid manure.
No one was injured in the collision. Ministry of the Environment was contacted due to a minor spill. The area remains closed for clean up.
The driver, a 54-year-old male, has been charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
