Niagara Health has added a new feature to its app to help patients get updated on what clinical services are resuming, questions about booking appointments as well as what visitors to the hospitals need to do when coming to the hospital.

The Niagara Health Navigator will also feature the latest COVID-19 updates and case reporting, as well as a link to the Ontario Ministry of Health portal where patients can get their COVID-19 test results.

Over 3,200 people have downloaded the app, said Niagara Health.

It is available in the App Store and Google Play.

Niagara Health resumed many of its services in late June after routine appointments and non-emergency procedures that were deemed not time-sensitive were put on hold due to the pandemic.
